Terms for using Nest Studios.

Using this website

These terms govern access to nestgroup.shop and the Nest Studios services presented here. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or other users.

You must provide accurate information when signing in, submitting a project brief or interacting with our services. You are responsible for activity performed through your Nest Studios account, Discord identity and other connected accounts.

Access to the website or specific services may be restricted where necessary to protect our systems, products, users or intellectual property.

Purchases through Tebex

Published digital products available through Nest Studios are sold through Tebex Limited. Tebex acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes, payment processing, payment-related support and refunds.

The price, currency, product availability and other purchase information shown during checkout are the controlling details for that transaction.

Purchases made through Tebex are also subject to the terms, policies and requirements presented during the checkout process, including any applicable Cfx.re or Asset Escrow requirements. Nothing in these Nest Studios terms replaces or overrides the terms governing the Tebex transaction.

Licences and permitted use

Unless a product page or included licence states otherwise, purchasing a Nest Studios product grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for the server, account or project identified by the applicable delivery or licensing system.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its source code, models, textures, maps, designs, documentation or other intellectual property.

You may not resell, redistribute, leak, republish, sublicense, share access to, bypass technical protections on, or represent Nest Studios products as your own unless the product licence explicitly allows it.

Some products may use Cfx.re Asset Escrow or other licensing and technical protection systems. Open-source or otherwise editable products remain subject to the licence supplied with that product.

Additional licence conditions displayed on a product page or during purchase form part of the terms applicable to that product.

Custom project briefs

Submitting a project brief starts a private conversation with the Nest Studios team. A brief alone does not create a quote, contract, payment obligation, delivery date or active development project.

Scope, pricing, milestones, ownership, revisions, payment and delivery conditions for custom work are agreed separately in writing before development begins.

Changes requested after the agreed scope has been approved may affect pricing or delivery estimates. Additional features, integrations or revisions outside that scope may require a separate quote.

Any review or adjustment period provided after delivery will be defined as part of the individual project agreement.

Availability and support

Nest Studios provides support for issues directly related to our products, including installation questions, reproducible bugs and expected product functionality.

Support does not cover unauthorized modifications, unsupported configurations, incompatible third-party resources, changes made by other developers, misuse, reverse engineering or environments that do not meet the documented product requirements.

When appropriate, issues involving external resources or custom integrations may be handled as separate development work.

Support requests should be made through the official Nest Studios support channels so conversations, files and technical information can be properly tracked.

We may update, replace or discontinue website features and unpublished products. For purchased products, continued availability, updates and support remain subject to the applicable product licence, delivery platform and any conditions stated on the product page.

Third-party platforms and services

Nest Studios products and services may interact with third-party platforms including FiveM, Cfx.re, DayZ, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord and Tebex.

Nest Studios is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or other third-party platform owners unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms, APIs, frameworks and services remain governed by their own terms, policies and availability. Changes made by those providers may affect compatibility or functionality outside the control of Nest Studios.

We may update our products where reasonably possible in response to relevant platform changes, but compatibility with every future version, framework, resource or third-party modification cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibility and changes

Nest Studios products are provided for use within the environments and requirements described in their documentation or product pages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nest Studios is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, server downtime, data loss or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, unsupported configurations, incompatible resources, misuse or failures of third-party platforms and services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms when our website, products, services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date shown on this page.

The version available at the time you use the website applies to that use. Purchase-specific rights and obligations remain subject to the terms applicable to the relevant transaction and product.
