Controller and contact
Vitor Luiz, operating Nest Studios, is the controller of the personal data processing described in this policy.

Where Nest Studios relies on third-party platforms such as Tebex, Discord or Cfx.re, those services may also process personal data independently under their own privacy policies.
What we process and why
We do not store Discord passwords, payment card details or Tebex account credentials. Authentication and payment information handled directly by third-party services remains with those providers.
- Account and identity
Discord account information and other identifiers used to authenticate your Nest Studios account, connect purchases and provide account features.
Purpose: Account authentication and service delivery.
Legal basis: Contract or steps requested before entering into a contract.
Retention: While the account remains active and for a limited period afterwards where necessary for security, support or legal obligations.
- Sessions, security and audit
Session and security records used to protect accounts and investigate suspicious activity.
Purpose: Protect accounts, prevent fraud and investigate incidents.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests.
Retention: 30 to 180 days, depending on the record.
- Project briefs and support
Information you submit through project briefs, support requests, Discord tickets and related communications.
Purpose: Respond to requests, evaluate custom work, provide support and maintain project history.
Legal basis: Contract, steps requested before entering into a contract, and legitimate interests.
Retention: For as long as necessary to handle the request or project and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Purchases and licences
Purchase, product, transaction and licence information received from Tebex or associated delivery platforms. Nest Studios does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purpose: Verify purchases, deliver products, manage licences, provide support and investigate fraud or abuse.
Legal basis: Contract, legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
Retention: For as long as necessary to maintain purchase and licence records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Custom projects
Project requirements, files, messages, delivery information and status records related to commissioned work.
Purpose: Plan, develop, deliver and support custom projects.
Legal basis: Contract or steps requested before entering into a contract.
Retention: For the duration of the project and afterwards where reasonably necessary for support, project records or legal obligations.
Your data rights
You can review and correct your account information, export available account data and request deletion through the client area.
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, request information about data sharing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and request portability where applicable.
Account deletion does not automatically delete records held independently by services such as Tebex, Discord or Cfx.re. We may also retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, licence enforcement, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

Data sharing and cookies
We do not sell personal data.
Discord may be used for account authentication, support and project communication. Tebex processes checkout, payment and transaction information as the merchant of record. Cfx.re may process account identifiers where required to deliver or license FiveM products.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process personal data independently from Nest Studios.
